It is possible to cancel an order under the following conditions:

– If the order has been submitted but has not yet been delivered, you can contact us at info@kallistonwinery.com and we will cancel your order. We accept to cancel the order at no cost in case it is canceled before delivery. In case of cancellation upon delivery, then the customer will be charged the shipping costs.
- Return Policy
We accept the return of products, in case of damage, if you notice and report the problem to us within the next 5 days after receiving the order. You can contact us to report the problem to info@kallistonwinery.com. It is necessary to indicate your full name, order number and the problem related to the order. Upon receipt of the products from us, an inspection will be carried out and if no problems arise then we will proceed with the replacement of the product or the refund.
